C- Mergers and Acquisition

Our corporate services team have successfully implemented and completed many deals by performing the required due diligence review, share valuation, the evaluation of material tax risks and the assessment of the benefits of completing the deal. And in certain circumstances we are required to liaise with the Capital Market Authority to brief clients on the statutory requirements to conclude the deal.
