Process re-engineering can drastically affect the overall business performance by assessing the current processes and reacting based on the understandings with changing the problematic processes that negatively affect the business with a lot of falsely guided power like bottle-necks and communication bureaucracy.
- End-to-end process review for the operations functions (Sales/ Procurement /Supply-Chain/…) to analyze and develop process reengineering and digitalization solutions.
- Provide process optimization programs for cleansing bottlenecks, redundancies, and reworks.
- Process Change Management efficiency assessments and designing remediation action plans.
- Design the KPI’s needed for tracking and evaluation of the potential deviations from original flows.
- Establishment of effective reporting channels (ex. Dashboards).
