Policies and procedures will not only help employers in managing workplace issues, but will also help them in creating a smooth, motivational, and productive workplace by providing the employees with clear guidance of what is expected from them in their role
- Assessment of the existing operational and financial policies, procedures, or any management mandates in terms of quality and risk exposure coverage.
- Based on the assessment; Drafting of the required policies, procedures, and manuals (Ex. Delegation of Authorities Matrix, Sales, Procurement, Treasury ….)
- Quality review with the business owners and respective executive management to ensure Client approval of the final version of the policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Provide policies & procedures awareness training sessions for concerned employees.
- Establishment of the policies & procedures archive platform to ensure accessibility for concerned employees
